Grunge Tenement - Facade Textures

I must be honest, one of my biggest pet hates in the 3D environment is two dimensional facades. It kind of goes against the whole point of a 3D environment for me and nine times out of ten they look absolutely awful, flat and weak. We are blessed with sculpting tools for a good reason. However I was asked to do these and as it turns out they get my royal seal of approval - or they wouldn't have featured in this blog. It's a pack of eight tileable textures which includes the brickwork, windows and shutters. Very simple, but very effective. The pack is L$75 or 150i'z depending on which grid you're frequenting these days.
